Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Swedish / Relaxing
Massage oil, gel or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Neuro-muscular Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy is a great for those who have mobility issues. It’s a variety of pin and stretch techniques that helps lengthen and stretch the muscle. We usually incorporate some deep tissue massage techniques into this service as well.

Mindful Massage for Stress Relief
The session will begin with a 5-10 minute warm up that will include grounding techniques and deep breathing exercises, followed by light stretching. This will help alleviate the physical pain and tension caused by mental fatigue and stress. This session is intended to be a full body massage using light but firm pressure and continuous flow that will leave the client feeling refreshed and restored.
Prenatal
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Special bolstering and side-lying positions are used to maximize relaxation and allow the therapist to work the full body.

How often can I get waxed?
2- 4 weeks depending on the rate of hair growth.
How often can I get a facial?
Once a week due to deeper levels of exfoliation performed during the service. You don’t want to over exfoliate the skin.
Does waxing hurt/will it burn me?
As waxing is a process to remove live hairs and follicles from the body it is not an entirely pain free process. We do minimize pain and discomfort by cleaning the area before and after the service and by using the highest quality hard wax that only adheres to the hair and not to the skin. The wax will be warm to the touch but will not burn you.
How long will my results last?
With waxing when you first begin results typically last 2-4 weeks depending on your hair growth. Once a consistent schedule is established, results can last up to 2 months.
Can I get waxed and get a facial on the same day?
Yes, we can do a facial after waxing, but we can not exfoliate the area that was waxed during the facial. This is due to the wax already exfoliating the area during the waxing process.
What do I wear?
Wear what you are comfortable in. You will be draped for the entire service.

Thai Stretching involves long, deep stretches as well as nourishing joint movements of the shoulders, hips, knees and ankles guided by your massage therapist.
Targeted Muscle Therapy
A focused therapeutic session designed to relieve chronic pain, tension, and limited mobility from overuse or injury. Ideal for athletes and those managing issues like frozen shoulder, sciatica, or postural imbalance.
This treatment combines deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching to release tight areas and restore movement. It is designed to focus on your choice of either upper or lower body to maximize the benefit of the session.
Gua Sha may be recommended as an added tool for enhanced results—ask your therapist if it’s right for you.
Some discomfort may occur as deeper layers are treated. After your session is complete, your LMT will follow up with you to discuss how your body responded and collaborate on a personalized wellness plan. This may include suggested stretches, frequency of visits, or other therapies—all with the goal of supporting your long-term healing and helping you move toward your health goals with confidence and care.

Gua Sha is a massage technique that uses different tools to scrape the skin creating petechiae.
