Deep Tissue
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Swedish / Relaxing
Massage oil, gel or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Neuro-muscular Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy is a great for those who have mobility issues. It’s a variety of pin and stretch techniques that helps lengthen and stretch the muscle. We usually incorporate some deep tissue massage techniques into this service as well.
Sports / Athletic
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
Couples
Couples Massage provides an excellent opportunity to receive a massage together with your spouse, friend or loved one. There are two tables and two therapists – one for each person to receive individualized treatment simultaneously.
Mindful Massage for Stress Relief
The session will begin with a 5-10 minute warm up that will include grounding techniques and deep breathing exercises, followed by light stretching. This will help alleviate the physical pain and tension caused by mental fatigue and stress. This session is intended to be a full body massage using light but firm pressure and continuous flow that will leave the client feeling refreshed and restored.
Therapeutic Relief for Head, Neck & Face
A treatment focused on providing relief to those who suffer from stress, tension, headaches, migraines, TMJ, neck pain, and bell’s palsy. This session is customized to your specific needs which will include hot/cold treatments, aromatherapy and focused massage techniques.
Prenatal
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Special bolstering and side-lying positions are used to maximize relaxation and allow the therapist to work the full body.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage that encourages the flow of lymphatic fluid along the body’s natural pathways to eliminate toxins and reduce inflammation and stiffness in superficial tissues. Great for general wellness as well as post-surgical recovery.
*Post-surgical clients should wait until drains are removed and incisions are closed before booking this service.
MTBK Customized Facial (Level 1)
60 minute customized facial will be personally curated for the clients specific skin care needs and goals. Client and esthetician will have a thorough consultation at the beginning of session to go over skin care home regiment, any medications or health concerns that could potentially affect the skin, amount of time in sun exposure, past or current facial treatments such as facials, botox/fillers, and/or products from a dermatologist. This consultation will better help determine which products will benefit the client the most. Products used for facials are formulated to treat acne, aging, brightening, redness, and hydration. Mixing and matching products specifically for the clients needs will have the best chance of results and keeping the skin healthy! Also available with Ice Globes ($10) over the mask for extra cooling of the skin. Cold will help tighten pores, calm irritation, soothe acne, and give the skin a glowing look.
Steps for a 60 minute customized facial
All facials will include:
Double cleansing with professional cleansing brush
Exfoliation
Extractions (if extra time is needed, massage portion will be cut to spend more time on
extractions)
Mask (with ice globes $10 extra)
Facial, shoulder, and hand massage
Finishing with serums, moisturizer, and spf
MTBK Advanced Facial
(Level 2)
Level 2 facials will be performed only after a client has seen an esthetician at least once for the level 1 facial. Level 2 facials are more advanced treatments so the esthetician and client need to be on the same page if the client is a good candidate for these treatments.
Advanced treatments can include the following:
- Microdermabrasion facial
Microdermabrasion is a physical exfoliation using a machine for a deeper
approach. Using “diamond tips” as the rough surface to exfoliate build up of dead
skin cells. Results of exfoliation will be smoother texture, over time preventing or
erasing fine lines, brightening dark spots, and healthy cell turn over. - High frequency acne facial
High frequency electrodes are filled with inert gas allowing thermal energy to
pass through. As the electrodes interact with the gas it releases oxygen to warm
up the skin. Killing bacteria which eliminates acne, soothing irritants, and helps
with stress causing aging signs. - LED Therapy
LED Therapy is great for targeting many concerns of the skin. Using different
colored lights to stimulate the skin cells resulting in cell function and repair. It is
thought to work by increasing the production of mitochondria, your cells energy
source. Red light= collagen production and aging. Blue light= oil control and
acne. Yellow light= soothing redness and sensitivity. Green light= brightening skin
and discoloration. Use 1 color or mix and match.
Express Facial
Express facial is a shorter time frame of our customized facial. Only 30 minutes but customization of products will be the same. The exfoliation, mask, and massage of shoulders will be combined as 3 in 1 step. No hand massage included in this facial. No add ons available for this service due to time frame.

How often can I get waxed?
2- 4 weeks depending on the rate of hair growth.
How often can I get a facial?
Once a week due to deeper levels of exfoliation performed during the service. You don’t want to over exfoliate the skin.
Does waxing hurt/will it burn me?
As waxing is a process to remove live hairs and follicles from the body it is not an entirely pain free process. We do minimize pain and discomfort by cleaning the area before and after the service and by using the highest quality hard wax that only adheres to the hair and not to the skin. The wax will be warm to the touch but will not burn you.
How long will my results last?
With waxing when you first begin results typically last 2-4 weeks depending on your hair growth. Once a consistent schedule is established, results can last up to 2 months.
Can I get waxed and get a facial on the same day?
Yes, we can do a facial after waxing, but we can not exfoliate the area that was waxed during the facial. This is due to the wax already exfoliating the area during the waxing process.
What do I wear?
Wear what you are comfortable in. You will be draped for the entire service.
Thai Stretching
Thai Stretching involves long, deep stretches as well as nourishing joint movements of the shoulders, hips, knees and ankles guided by your massage therapist.
Reiki
Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
Integrated Reiki

Gua Sha is a massage technique that uses different tools to scrape the skin creating petechiae. This can increase blood circulation and can decrease pain throughout the body’s anti-inflammatory response bringing cells to repair the tissue affected.
