What’s Included

• One massage session per month at your selected length
• Session credits roll over for up to 4 months

Scheduling Your Session

Members can set up a standing appointment or book whenever works best for them. We welcome advance bookings and are happy to help you find a time that fits your schedule. Please note that we observe certain holidays throughout the year and are not available for bookings on those dates.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Our therapists reserve that time specifically for you, and advance notice allows us to offer that time to another guest.

Same-Day Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Each member receives one courtesy same-day reschedule per membership term at no charge. A second same-day reschedule will result in that session being charged in full, regardless of whether the appointment is rescheduled.

No-Shows

If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, that session will be forfeited and the session fee will be charged to your payment method on file. We will always make a reasonable attempt to reach you before processing a no-show charge. If you have a life or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.

Payments & Refund Policy

Membership fees are charged automatically to your payment method on the same date each month. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current in your profile. A declined payment must be resolved within 3 business days or membership benefits may be suspended. A $25.00 returned payment fee may apply per occurrence.

All Sales Final All membership payments are non-refundable. Session credits hold value for use toward services at MTBK only and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded under any circumstances, including early cancellation or termination. We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises.

Canceling Your Membership

We hope you never want to leave, but we make the process straightforward if you do. Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before your next billing date. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If you cancel before completing your 3-month minimum commitment, the difference between your member rate and the standard session rate will be charged for prior sessions.

Once your membership is cancelled, you have 30 days to use any remaining session credits toward services. After 30 days, remaining credits are forfeited. Credits do not have cash value and cannot be refunded.

Freezing Your Membership

Members may freeze their membership for up to 2 months per calendar year. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing. You will not be charged during an approved freeze period, and your remaining credits will be available for 30 days once your membership resumes.

Gifting Credits

Have a credit you would like to share? Members may gift an available session credit to a friend, spouse, or family member. To arrange this, simply contact us and we will add your guest to your profile. The credit covers the session in full if they book the same length as your credit. If they choose a longer session or a different service, they will pay the difference on their own. Credits cannot be split or divided across multiple guests.

Please note that gifted credits are subject to the same scheduling and cancellation policies that apply to all guests.

Our Commitment to a Safe Environment

We are proud to have built a studio where our team genuinely loves coming to work and our clients feel at home. We take that environment seriously. MTBK reserves the right to cancel a membership immediately if a member engages in inappropriate conduct toward staff or other guests. In those cases, any remaining credits are forfeited and the membership will not be reinstated.
